CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 143.130

  (1)   An application from a person other than an individual must set out:

  (a)   the applicant's registered address and ACN; and

  (b)   the names and addresses of its officers.

  (2)   In paragraph   (1)(b):

"officer" has the meaning given by section   9 of the Corporations Act 2001 .
