Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A telecommunication or radionavigation service must be provided in accordance with:
(a) the approval; and
(b) the service provider's operations manual.
(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to:
(a) a test transmission made in accordance with regulation 171.055; or
(b) a telecommunication or radionavigation service provided in
an emergency.
