CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 172.020

  (1)   A person that is not an ATS provider must not provide an air traffic service.

Penalty:   50 penalty units.

  (2)   An offence against subregulation   (1) is an offence of strict liability.
