Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) An ATS provider must have, and put into effect, a security program that sets out the procedures designed to protect its personnel, and any facility and equipment that it uses, in providing any of its air traffic services.
(2) The security program must be in accordance with the
standards set out in the Manual of Standards.
