Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(a) must employ a sufficient number of personnel to enable the designer to carry on design work on terminal instrument flight procedures under the designer's procedure design certificate in accordance with these Regulations; and
(b) must ensure that those personnel:
(i) are suitably qualified and competent to perform their duties; and
(ii) are trained in accordance with the Manual of Standards and the designer's operations manual.
