CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 173.310
Certified designer not to exceed the limitations of the designer's procedure design certificate
A certified designer must not carry on design work on a
terminal instrument flight procedure that is not of a type covered by the
designer's procedure design certificate.
