Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) CASA must issue each authorised inspector with an identity card that includes a recent photograph of the inspector.
(2) No more than 7 days after ceasing to be an authorised inspector, a person must return his or her identity card to CASA.
(3) An offence against subregulation (2) is an offence of
strict liability.
