Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This regulation applies to an approved maintenance organisation that, before becoming an approved maintenance organisation:
(a) was the holder of a certificate of approval that covered maintenance of aircraft or aircraft components; and
(b) carried out maintenance on an aircraft.
(2) For paragraph 42.745(c), a reference to
maintenance certification having been performed for maintenance carried out on
an aircraft is taken to include, in relation to maintenance mentioned in
paragraph (1)(b), certification of the completion of the maintenance in
accordance with regulation 42ZE or 42ZN of CAR.
