Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Despite Part 45, an Australian aircraft registered before
1 October 2000 need not bear markings that comply with that Part until
it is repainted if, until then, the aircraft bears nationality marks and
registration marks in accordance with Division 7 of Part 3 of
CAR (as in force immediately before 1 October 2000).
