Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This regulation applies to an approval that was in force under regulation 45.090 immediately before 4 July 2016.
(2) The approval has effect, on and after 4 July 2016, as
if it were an approval granted under regulation 45.060.
