(2) Regulation 61.575 does not apply to the holder of a continued authorisation that is equivalent to a commercial pilot licence if, before 1 September 2015, the holder conducted a multi - crew operation.
Note: Under regulations 61.510 and 61.575, a licence holder is
authorised to exercise the privileges of the licence only if the holder has
completed an approved course of training in multi - crew cooperation.
