Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Subregulation (2) applies to a person who, immediately before 1 September 2014, was required under regulation 5.51 of CAR to have a personal log book (the old logbook ).
(2) Regulations 61.355 (retention of personal logbooks)
and 61.365 (production of personal logbooks) apply to the person as if the old
logbook was a personal logbook required to be kept under regulation
61.345 or 61.350.
