Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Despite the amendments, an old authorisation that was in force immediately before 1 September 2014 is continued in force on and after 1 September 2014 according to its terms.
(2) These Regulations apply to the continued authorisation as if the authorisation were an aeronautical radio operator certificate.
(3) The continued authorisation ceases to be in force at its cessation time.
