Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This regulation applies to an aircraft if, immediately before the commencement time:
(a) a limited category certificate was in force for the aircraft; and
(b) the certificate included operating historic or ex - military aircraft in adventure style operations as a special purpose operation for the aircraft; and
(c) the aircraft has a major modification or repair.
(2) On and after the commencement time, the major modification
or repair is taken to have been approved for the purposes of regulation
