Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsDespite regulation 21.013A, CASA is not required to consider an application for a type certificate for an aircraft, aircraft engine or propeller (except an application under regulation 21.029) if the manufacturing facilities for the aircraft, aircraft engine or propeller are located outside Australian territory, unless the location of the manufacturer's facilities places no undue burden on CASA in administering applicable airworthiness requirements.
