Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) If CASA requires the holder of a production certificate to allow CASA to make any inspections and tests necessary to determine compliance with the applicable requirements of these Regulations, the holder must allow CASA to make those inspections and tests.
(2) An offence against subregulation (1) is an offence of strict liability.
