Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) CASA may, by written notice given to the organisation, direct an approved design organisation to comply with a stated procedure or instruction in carrying out a stated design activity.
(2) The organisation commits an offence if the organisation does not comply with the direction.
(3) An offence against this regulation is an offence of strict liability.
