CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 26.002

    For these Regulations, the incidental provisions of an instrument mentioned in Part   22, 23, 27, 32, 33 or 35 apply to the operation of the airworthiness standards in that instrument.
