Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) If the registered operator of an aircraft enters into a contract with a continuing airworthiness management organisation as mentioned in regulation 42.040 or 42.045, the registered operator must give CASA a copy of the provisions of the contract dealing with the matters mentioned in subregulation 42.050(2) within 14 days after the contract has been made.
(2) An offence against subregulation (1) is an offence of
strict liability.
