Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(a) empowers CASA to give directions to vary approved maintenance programs and approved reliability programs; and
(b) requires the person responsible for continuing airworthiness
for an aircraft to comply with a direction.
