CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 42.170

Continuing airworthiness records system

    The person responsible for continuing airworthiness for an aircraft must, at all times, have a system:

  (a)   that is capable of containing the continuing airworthiness records for the aircraft; and

  (b)   that identifies the aircraft by:

  (i)   its make; and

  (ii)   its type and model designation; and

  (iii)   its registration mark; and

  (iv)   its serial number.

Penalty:   50 penalty units.
