Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsFor subsection 20AB(2) of the Act, a person mentioned in column 2 of an item in the following table is permitted to carry out maintenance on an Australian aircraft:
(a) to which this Part applies; and
(b) that is mentioned in column 3 of the item.
