CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 42.415

    This Subpart sets out requirements for:

  (a)   fitting parts to, and using materials in, aircraft and aeronautical products; and

  (b)   the control of unserviceable and unsalvageable parts; and

  (c)   the control of unapproved parts.
