CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 42.565

  (1)   If CASA gives a direction to a Subpart   42.F organisation under regulation   42.550, the organisation must comply with the direction within the time mentioned in the direction.

Penalty:   50 penalty units.

  (2)   An offence against subregulation   (1) is an offence of strict liability.
