Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) If a continuing airworthiness management organisation provides continuing airworthiness management services it must provide the services only in accordance with:
(a) its exposition; and
(b) its approval, including any limitations applying to the approval.
(2) An offence against subregulation (1) is an offence of
strict liability.
