CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 42.865
How airworthiness review certificate is issued
To issue an airworthiness review certificate for an aircraft, an
individual must:
(a) sign the certificate; and
(b) record the date of issue and date of expiry on the
certificate.
