Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) If an airworthiness review employee of a continuing airworthiness management organisation has carried out an airworthiness review for an aircraft, the organisation must comply with subregulation (2) before the organisation issues an airworthiness review certificate for the aircraft.
(2) The organisation must ensure that the findings of the review, including whether the requirements of subregulations 42.900(2) and (3) are met for the aircraft, are recorded in writing.
(3) An offence against subregulation (1) is an offence of
strict liability.
