Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) CASA must make the entries in the Australian Civil Aircraft Register about aircraft registered under Division 47.C.1 available for inspection by members of the public at reasonable times and places, and subject to reasonable conditions.
(2) CASA may comply with subregulation (1) by making the information in those entries accessible on the internet or by another suitable electronic means.
