Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(a) registers an aircraft because it has received a written application; or
(b) receives confirmation of an oral application for the registration of an aircraft;
CASA must give a certificate of registration for the aircraft to the aircraft's owner (the registration holder ).
Note: The certificate of registration replaces any interim
certificate of registration issued under regulation 47.085.
