Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsAn unregistered aircraft on which a dealer's mark is being used is taken to be registered during any period in which it is being operated in Australia if:
(a) the aircraft carries the corresponding dealer's plate; and
(b) the possession of the aircraft remains with the dealer.
