CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 61.045
Prescription of qualification standards for flight simulation training devices
For paragraph 98(5A)(a) of the Act, CASA may, by
legislative instrument, prescribe qualification standards for
flight simulation training devices.
