CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 61.050
Prescription of multi - engine aeroplanes included in single - engine aeroplane class
For paragraph 98(5A)(a) of the Act, CASA may, by
legislative instrument, prescribe aeroplanes that are included in the single -
engine aeroplane class.
