Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) On and after 1 September 2015, the holder of a commercial pilot licence is authorised to exercise the privileges of the licence in a multi - crew operation only if the holder has completed an approved course of training in multi - crew cooperation.
(2) The holder of a commercial pilot licence that was granted on the basis of regulation 202.272 is taken to meet the requirement mentioned in subregulation (1) if, before 1 September 2015, the holder conducted a multi - crew operation.
