Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsSubject to Subpart 61.E and regulations 61.775 to 61.805, the holder of a pilot licence and a pilot type rating is authorised to exercise the privileges of the licence in an aircraft of the type covered by the rating.
Note 1: Subpart 61.E sets out certain limitations that apply to all pilot licences, and ratings and endorsements on pilot licences.
