Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The holder of an instrument rating is authorised to pilot an aircraft mentioned in column 2 of an item in Part 1 of table 61.890 under the IFR, or at night under the VFR, only if the holder also holds the endorsement mentioned in column 1 of the item.
(2) The holder of an instrument rating is authorised to conduct
an instrument approach operation mentioned in column 2 of an item in
Part 2 of table 61.890 only if the holder also holds the
endorsement mentioned in column 1 of the item.
