Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A person may apply, in writing, to CASA for the grant of an aeronautical radio operator certificate.
(2) If the applicant is relying on the training and assessment mentioned in subregulation 64.015(1), the application must be accompanied by evidence of the applicant's aviation English language proficiency assessment.
(3) If the applicant is relying on a foreign qualification, the application must be accompanied by:
(a) a certified true copy of the qualification; and
(b) unless the qualification includes a statement to the effect
that the person meets the ICAO level 4, 5 or 6 aviation English language
proficiency standard--evidence of the applicant's ICAO English language
proficiency assessment.
