Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The holder of an aeronautical radio operator certificate is authorised to transmit on an aviation safety radio frequency.
(2) However, the holder is authorised to make the transmission only if the holder has a current aviation English language proficiency assessment.
(3) Subregulation (2) does not apply to the holder of a
certificate that was granted on the basis of regulation 202.304.
