Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) An ATS provider must set up and maintain a program to ensure that its employees who hold flight service licences hold traffic information service ratings.
(2) The provider must include details of that program, including necessary training and tests of competency, in its operations manual.
(3) That program must be in accordance with the standards and
requirements set out in the Manual of Standards.
