Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This Part applies in relation to the operation of an Australian aircraft in a foreign country.
(2) However, if a law of the foreign country applies to the operation of the aircraft in that country, the law of the foreign country prevails to the extent of any inconsistency.
(3) For the purposes of subregulation (2), a provision of
a law of a foreign country is taken not to be inconsistent with a provision of
this Part to the extent that the provisions are capable of operating
concurrently.
