Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The pilot in command of an aircraft for a flight contravenes this subregulation if, during the flight, the aircraft is not flown in accordance with the airspeed limits for the flight prescribed by the Part 91 Manual of Standards.
(2) A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subregulation (1).
