Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A person contravenes this subregulation if the person parks an aircraft in a place where the aircraft is a hazard to the movement of other aircraft.
(2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (1).
