COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) REGULATION 2016 - REG 7

T his instrument does not apply to s hip ' s stores or aircraft ' s stores

This instrument does not apply to ship ' s stores (as defined in section 130C of the Customs Act 1901 ) or aircraft ' s store s (as defined in that section) brought to Australia.
