COMMISSION FOR THE CONSERVATION OF SOUTHERN BLUEFIN TUNA (PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES) REGULATIONS 1996 - REG 8
Limitation on exemption of property of Commission from restrictions and controls
The exemption conferred by regulation 5 in respect of the
property and assets of the Commission ceases to apply to any property or
assets abandoned by the Commission for a period exceeding 12 months.
