Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For paragraphs 601DC(1)(a) and (b) of the Act, the rules for ascertaining whether a name is identical with another name are the rules set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6.
(2) For paragraph 601DC(1)(c) of the Act, a name is unacceptable for registration under the regulations if the name is unacceptable under the rules set out in Part 2 of Schedule 6.
