CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 7.6.08A

Definitions

    In this Part:

"general insurer" has the same meaning as in subsection   3(1) of the Insurance Act 1973 .

"Lloyd's underwriter" has the same meaning as in subsection   3(1) of the Insurance Act 1973 .
