Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsFor the provisions of the Act set out in column 2 of the following table, a person who is providing a financial service in the circumstances set out subsections 911A(2A) to (2E) is exempt from the operation of the Parts of the Act specified in column 3 in relation to the provision of that service.
