CUSTOMS REGULATION 2015 - REG 117

    For section   183E of the Act:

  (a)   meetings of the Committee must be convened by the Chair of the Committee; and

  (b)   the Committee must cause a record of its proceedings, including a transcript of all evidence given before it, to be kept.
