CUSTOMS REGULATION 2015 - REG 33

Travelling expenses and circumstances for paying travelling expenses

  (1)   For subsection   77N(3) of the Act, this section sets out travelling expenses that are payable if a depot is more than 40 kilometres, by the most direct convenient route, from the nearest place owned or occupied by the Commonwealth for use for the purposes of the Customs Acts.

  (2)   An item in the following table sets out the travelling expenses that are payable in the circumstance mentioned in the item.
