COPYRIGHT REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 102

When notice or copy of application under section 100 need not be given

  (1)   A party that has consented to the making of an order applied for under section   100 need not be given:

  (a)   notice of the application; or

  (b)   a copy of the application.

  (2)   If the President or the Tribunal gives leave, a person who has not consented to the making of an order applied for under section   100 need not be given:

  (a)   notice of the application; or

  (b)   a copy of the application.
