(1) A summons to a witness under subsection 167(2) of the Act must be in the form in Part 1 of Schedule 3.
Form of summons to produce documents or articles
(2) A summons to produce specified documents or articles under subsection 167(3) of the Act must be in the form in Part 2 of Schedule 3.
Service of summons
(3) A summons under subsection 167(2) or (3) of the Act must be served on a person by delivering a copy of the summons to the person personally.
